The Founder and Our Story
The founder, LaTanya Baylis, is a researcher and experienced learning and talent development professional who endeavors to promote effective human-robot teaming. Her research explores human-robot interaction, with a particular focus on trust within agricultural human-robot teams. She conducted a study that measured the level of trust with agricultural robots among agricultural employees within the United States. She has given scientific presentations at the World FIRA – the global Agricultural Robotics Forum. Passionate about fostering collaboration between humans and robots, she is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams through education and strategic support that result in peak performance, and this ignited the idea that began Agri-Interactions.
